2007 A to Z Pinot Gris Oregon
Beautiful yellow gold with flashes of emerald. Lovely aromatics of citrus and tropical fruits (mango, papaya, kiwi), lychee, honeysuckle and acacia flowers, nectarines and pineapple. A wine of great power, richness and length balanced by ripe acidity and structure. The finish rolls seamlessly off the mid-palate and lasts about a year. Great by itself or paired with food, especially exotic dishes, cheese and seafood.

NV Clyde's White Table Wine Mendocino County
Doggone Good Wine! A blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc with just a touch of Muscat, Clyde's White is right for anytime you want a balanced, refreshing white wine. Without oak aging, the fresh zesty fruit comes through. It pairs especially well with seafood and chicken.

2003 Murphy-Goode Liar's Dice Zinfandel
The late Tim Murphy was the architect of our Zinfandel program in a plan conceived over 20 years of breakfasts and "liar's dice" games at Mickey's Café in Geyserville. Tim's circle of friends at these early morning meetings are some of the finest Zin growers in Sonoma County and now are the fruit source for Liar's Dice Zinfandel. Dense black cherry, raspberry jam, and currant notes are brought together in layers with sweet vanilla oak. 97% zinfandel and 3% carignane.

2004 Sterling Merlot Napa Valley
A bright ruby in color, the wine offers aromas of black cherry, spice, toasty oak, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Luscious flavors of ripe blackberries, cherries, cocoa, cedar, and vanilla lead to a full, well-textured finish. The Sterling Vineyards 2004 Napa Valley Merlot pairs beautifully with New York steak, lamb chops and grilled Portobello mushrooms. The smooth, silky tannins make it wonderful served with a rich chocolate dessert.

2004 Concannon Assemblage, Limited Release Cabernet Sauvignon, Central Coast
Our 2004 Assemblage, Limited Release, Central Coast, is a richly structured Cabernet Sauvignon full of dark cherry, blackberry, cassis and mulberry flavors. Careful aging in selected barrels for a portion of the blend melts the wine into wonderfully integrated, creamy oak tones with a long, complex finish. Enjoy with rare filet mignon, thyme encrusted pork tenderloin, balsamic grilled vegetables or dry aged rib roast with sage jus. 1000 Case Production. 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot, 2.5% Petite Verdot, 2% Petite Sirah, 0.5% Mixed Reds.

2006 Castle Rock Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley
Our Castle Rock Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is a deliciously full wine loaded with nuance and flavor. It is a deep garnet in color, and has aromas of dark cherry and molasses. On the palate it gives dark fruit flavors with a hint of cedar. The tannins are mellow, and it finishes harmoniously with long-lasting fruit flavors. It is perfect for drinking now, or it can be allowed to age and improve through 2011. Winemaker: August Briggs. 2800 cases produced. 100% Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.
